SyncSouls has developed „Overcoming Fears & Anxiety“. This is an imaginative procedure with relaxation elements from autogenic training. It consists of positive imaginations that take you to a safe place without fear, where you can feel safe and secure and gain new strength and courage.
This is a way to calm down and reduce anxiety. You should use this exercise regularly several times a week to slowly release your fears and give you new confidence.
Furthermore, SyncSouls has developed a short introductory exercise for acute anxiety situations in which you can „systematically cool down“ your anxiety, so to speak.
