Returns & Withdrawal

Digital products (audiobooks, downloads, streaming). The titles presented on syncsouls.de are digital audio content. Purchases are made through our partner platforms (e.g. Audible, Apple Books, Amazon Music, Spotify, Thalia). Purchase, payment and delivery, as well as withdrawal, returns and refunds, are governed by the terms of the respective provider chosen there.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

For digital content (download/streaming) there is, in principle, a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. This right expires as soon as performance of the contract (the download or playback) has begun, after the customer has expressly consented and confirmed their knowledge that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost (§ 356(5) German Civil Code / BGB).

Returns

As these are digital products without physical shipping, a return is not possible. Refunds are governed by the terms of the respective sales platform through which the purchase was made.
