These exercises are based on recognized self relaxation techniques like the breathing technique, self strengthening affirmations, the autogenic training and the progressive muscle relaxation (PMR).

Exercise 4: PMR severe – short exercise hands and arms – calming down fast and effectively with the PMR – 5 minutes;
Exercise 5: PMR severe – short exercise shoulders – calming down fast and effectively with the PMR – 5 minutes;
Exercise 6: PMR severe – short exercise legs – calming down fast and effectively with the PMR – 5 minutes;
